BBQ Chicken pizza is perhaps one of my favorite pizza’s of all time. I love all of the distinct fresh flavors and ingredients Super easy to make and taste just delicious. Now I cut on this recipe and didn’t make my own dough which you can do too. You can make these into big sized pizzas or make small little individual pizzas for a fun party appetizer. Enjoy!
Here’s what you’ll need…
Store bought Pizza dough- in cane or ask the deli for a bag of there dough
BBQ- use your favorite
cheddar and mozzarella cheese
First you are going to want to grill up your chicken. I sliced it thinner so it cooked faster.I put a little S and P and garlic salt if you would like. Cook until tender and slice into bite sized pieces.
Next place your dough on a cookie sheet or on a pizza brick like i did. Make sure you grease it with a little olive oil so it doesn’t stick. Spread it out to the thickness that you would like.
Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees F. And slice up your medium onion. I only used about 1/2. Also slice up about 1/2 cup of cilantro. You can use more of any of these if you would like.
Now add your BBQ sauce and spread around the dough.
I like to add my Red onions under the cheese because they get softer that way.
Now lay on your 2 types of cheese.
Add your cilantro….
Now add the cooked chicken and pineapple.
Last before I put it in the oven to cook I drizzle a little more BBQ sauce on top. Yummmm
Cook in oven for about 10-15 minutes depending on how crispy you want it or how large the pizza is. You can also tell when the edges are browned and the cheese is melted.
Slice and enjoy!! Yummmmmmmmm
