This is a super… I am too lazy to make a crazy dinner… recipe. You can make this chicken and really eat it plane with other sides or on the salad like I did! This recipe is great for the end of the week, because you can use whatever you have left from the other meals that you have made.
What you’ll need…….
2-4 Large Chicken breasts
1/2 tsps of salt
1/2 tsps of pepper
1-2 tbs of brown sugar
1 tsps of garlic salt
2 tbs of A1
3-5 tbs of bbq sauce
1-bag of salad
1/2 cups of your favorite veggies! I used red and green bell peppers, tomatoes, green onion, carrots and cucumber
2- hard boil eggs
1/4 cup of shredded cheese or blue cheese
1-2 tbs of your favorite salad dressing
The first thing I did was put my chicken in a pan and set my oven to 375 degrees. I added my seasoning and cooked for 25 mins
Then I took chicken out and added my A1 and BBQ sauce and finished cooking the meat. 15-20 mins
While you wait prepare your salad and cut up your veggies, eggs, avocado and what ever else you want.
Take the chicken out and let it cool for 3-5 mins then slice and cube into bite size bites
Place on top of salad and serve! Enjoy!!!
