Chili Cheese Dip

Chili cheese dip is a perfect dip for a crowd. Everyone will want more and more of this and its only 3 ingredients!!! I like to make this dip after I make a big pot of chili(See Mallory Award Winning Chili Recipe)or you can use a can of Hormel Chili. I like to make this before a party, set in the fridge and pop it in the microwave when my guests arrive. Serve with Tortilla chips or nacho cheese Doritos. Ever since i tried this recipe I bring it to a lot of party’s when I am running late after work and only have 10 minutes to come up with something. Its perfect, simple, and easy!!! Did I mention its about 5 dollars to make too!!! 😉

Here’s what you’ll need…..

1 package of cream cheese-softened
2 cups of shredded cheese- i like nacho mix or Mexican mix the best
2 cups of chili or 1 can of Hormel chili- Better with no beans
THATS IT!

Serve with Tortilla chips- Multi Grain are my favorite-… if you havent tried them your missing out!

First you will need a rectangle small glass pan or a baking dish that is microwave safe.

Lay out your cream cheese on the bottom of the pan.

Add your chili on top of the cream cheese.

Last but not least pour your shredded cheese on top of the chili.

Place in microwave for 5 minutes or until shredded cheese is melted.

Serve with tortilla chips. You might one to make 2 and save one for a back up…
