This is a great chicken recipe if you need to do something fast prep wise and throw it in the oven for about 30 mins. I love Chicken and so does Ryan so finding new things to do with it is always great. Kids will love this recipe also because there is cheese in it!!!.
Here’s what you’ll need….
3-4 Chicken Breasts-sliced in 2
1-2 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1-2 cups of Milk
2 cups of Bread Crumbs
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbs of sour cream
1 Tbs of butter
First take out your chicken and slice in two. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper.Take out your milk, cheese, and bread crumbs and place in 3 separate dishes. Like an assembly line.
Place chicken in milk, then cheese, then the bread crumbs.
Place in pan. I added 1/2 cup of the milk that was left over to the bottom of the pan for some extra moister.
Bake in oven on 375 for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
While that cooks get a sauce pan and mix up your soup, sour cream, and butter. I added S and P to taste as well.
Once Chicken is cooked take out of oven and plate it with some Sauce on top to your liking.
I served this with some fresh green beans with a half of onion sauteed.I also added Salt, Pepper, and Garlic! Delicious!
