This is a very easy and delicious recipe to have for a appetizer/dessert for a party. I got this from my sister Lindsay who is a nutritionist and like to make things that are healthy and delicious. This recipe was super easy to make and has a lot of yummy flavors in it. Thanks Lindsay!
Here’s what you’ll need…
2 cans of garbanzo beans
1/4 cup of light or sugar free maple syrup
1/2 cup of peanut butter
water to help thin out the hummus if it is hard to blend
As many chocolate chips as you want. Either milk chocolate or Dark chocolate
You are going to put all ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor and process till smooth. I drained the juice from the can and added water instead.
Place in a bowl and fold in your chocolate chips.
Serve with pretzels, pretzel chips, graham crackers, celery, apples, pita chips, or strawberry’s
