Deviled Eggs…

I love deviled eggs, they are so delicious and creamy. I love to make deviled eggs for any occasion but they are best for EASTER! Especially when your coloring a ton of them you have to use them in plenty of items. I always get great compliments on my deviled eggs and I tell them it is so simple they would laugh. The real kicker is that i use miracle whip instead of mayo!!! I KNOW!!!! Even people who hate miracle whip were like WOW these are so much better then with real mayo!!! It just gives them a better kick I believe.

Here’s what you’ll need….

7 Large eggs, hard boiled and peeled- Check my Hard-boiled recipe 
1/4 cup of Miracle whip!!!!
1 tbs of yellow mustard
Salt and pepper, for taste
Paprika, for garnishing

This makes 14 eggs. For a bigger gathering I DOUBLE or TRIPLE it because no one ever only eats 1 or 2… they eat 3-6 ha ha ha. 

First, halve 7 eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl.

Mash yolks with a fork and stir in miracle whip and the yellow mustard. Add salt and pepper, to taste. I use barley any. 

Fill egg whites evenly with yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika on top. Store covered in refrigerator

I just fill the yolk into the whites with a spoon but you can also fill the yolk in a sandwich bag and cut a whole. Then fill the whites with it and it looks much prettier. Your choice
