Fruit Pizza

This is another awesome dessert where people will want seconds! We had Pizza night at Family dinner so I was asked to bring a dessert… Which I like because I would never keep all these desserts in my actual kitchen ahh ha ha… And I brought Fruit PIZZZZZZZA to go with the theme. This was all gone in about 5 minutes! It is very simple and you can make it into a huge big pizza and cut slices or you can make individual sized pizzas on just regular sugar cookies! Lots of Options for sizes and the fruits you like on them. Have fun!!!

Here’s what you’ll need….
1 pouch of sugar cookie mix- 1.5 oz- I like Betty Crocker the best
1/2 cup of melted butter
1 egg
1 cup of whipping cream
1/2 cup of creamy cream cheese frosting
3 1/2 cups of your favorite fruits

Suggestions- Strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, blackberries, mandarin oranges, and raspberries

First mix your sugar cookie mix, melted butter, and 1 egg in your mixer.

Take a cookie sheet and spray non stick spray all over it. Place your dough on sheet and form a circle/oval where the dough is about 1/2 thick.

Bake in the oven on 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cool the cookie for about 45 minutes before frosting.

While this cools whip your whipping cream until fluffy. This should take about 5 minutes or more. Then stir in frosting into whipped cream until combined.

Spread over cookie pizza

Top with your fruit in whatever design you would like.

Slice and enjoy!!!!
