Mallory’s Chicken Fajitas!

Ok Fajitas are so easy to make! This is one of Ryan and I’s ¬†favorite thing to make because its so easy to make and very healthy! Unless you add all the fix ins and tortillas! which is great too. I like to add red and green and yellow peppers but i mostly get what is on sale. SPROUTS always has the best bell peppers sale! Also you need a large white onion! A Onion and Garlic salt is prolly what I love the most in all foods! It really creates flavor for dishes. This will be the last recipe for Nina and I’s Fiesta for the night! Enjoy with the Homemade re fried beans, Mexican Rice, Guac, Tortillas, Peppers and Onions, Cheese, and Sour Cream!!!

What you will need….

1-2 pounds of chicken ( you can use steak also if you want)
1 Large white or yellow onion
1 red, green, and yellow bell pepper
1 TBS of Garlic Salt
1 Tsps of salt and lemon pepper each
4-5 dashes of Tabasco
1-2 TBS of Olive Oil
1/2 packet of TACO seasoning… its better then the fajita seasoning
1/2 of lime juiced

Place olive oil in the pan and brown the onions

Then place your peppers in the pan with the onions and saute

Remove onions and place chicken in the pan with salt, pepper, and garlic salt

Cook chicken and add your Tabasco, taco seasoning, and lime juice

After chicken is cook through place the onions and peppers back in with 1/2 cup of water to moisten all together.

Eat in tortillas with all the fix ins or on top of lettuce for a healthy choice!
