Who doesn’t love meatballs? Meatballs are fantastic and can be used in many different dishes. We all love having just plain spaghetti and Meatballs but I also like to make these into smaller balls for homemade meatball subs and have small meatballs in a crock pot and toothpicks for a party! Have fun with these because the possibilities with meatballs are endless. This is my mother and step fathers recipe. They just went to Italy for cooking school so even tho they made millions of meatballs before that, they have perfected them now! Enjoy!

Here’s what you’ll need…

2 pounds of ground beef
4 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1 cup of grated Parmesan
1 cup of Italian bread crumbs 
1 1/2 T. Minced Garlic
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp of pepper

First you are going to mix up your ground beef, S and P, Garlic, parsley, 1/2 of the bread crumbs and your Parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl with your hands. 

Your going to add your beaten eggs in now with the other half of the bread crumbs. Add your milk at the end. Mix all together. Make sure they are a good texture ant not to soupy so you can roll them into a ball. If you need to add more bread crumbs you can but you don’t want them to dry either.

Roll into 2 inch balls or 1 inch if you wan them as an appetizer size. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. OR you can saute them in a pan as well till golden brown about 15 minutes. 

Add to the sauce already prepared and simmer for at least an hour. Ta da!!!

Make Spaghetti and meatballs, Meatball subs, or Meatball appetizers for game day. 

Now if you are doing these for an appetizer for a big party I suggest you place them in a crock-pot and leave toothpicks for them to grab there own!
