Mexican Rice so simple and easy! Very good in Fajitas or just as a side. Nina’s Recipe
2 cups of White rice
2 oz tomatoe sauce
2 tbs of chicken bouillon
1-2 tsps of garlic salt
Some Cilantro on top for flavor
Boil 2 cups of water.
Place 2 cups of rice in water along with 2 oz of tomato sauce.
Also add 2 tbs of chicken bouillon for flavor. You can add some garlic salt to this as well for some more flavor.
When rice reaches to a boil place cilantro on top and close the lid and turn the heat off. Let cook till your ready.
Take off cilantro and serve. Enjoy!
