My Mama’s Tuna Fish

I love Tuna Fish sandwiches, but everyone makes them completely different. I believe that if tuna fish doesn’t have CELERY SALT or a HARD BOILED EGG in it, it doesn’t even stand up in the line for a good tuna fish sandwich. Ha ha. So here is a fantastic recipe that my Grandma Jo started and passed down to my mother, who passed it down to me and my sisters! My sister’s and I always love a good old Tuna Fish sandwich.

Here’s what you’ll need
1 large can of tuna fish, this serves about 3-4 sandwiches
3-4 Tbs of Miracle Whip
1-2 TBS of SWEET Relish
1- 1/2 tsp of Celery Salt
2 hard boiled eggs-for every small can 1 egg-large can 2-eggs
dash of salt and pepper for taste
Delicious Bread- Toasted

First Boil your eggs until they are hard.

In a bowl place your tuna, mayo, relish, celery salt, s and p. Refrigerate while eggs cook. This will help the flavors soak into the tuna fish.

Next chop up your hard boiled egg and place in tuna mix.

Toast your bread and put your Delicious Tuna on top. It is also good with fresh lettuce and tomato if you would like.
