Oven Roasted Asparagus

Yummy roasted asparagus.. I could eat this stuff everyday if I could, but Ryan doesn’t like it so I make it every time we have guest over and it is always gone before anything else on the plate!! It is so simple and delicious and only takes about 10-15 minutes depending on how much asparagus you have. Its a very yummy green vagtable to have for a main dish!

Here’s what you’ll need..
1 bunch of asparagus- chop of about 1 inch from the bottom
1-1 1/2 tbs of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp of garlic powder (optional)

First rinse of your asparagus and slice 1 inch of the bottom. Place in a glass pan or on a baking sheet with foil.

Drizzle olive oil on top and make sure it coats all of the pieces.
Sprinkle your salt, pepper, and garlic if you would like over all the pieces. Last sprinkle with lemon juice.

Place in the oven on 350 for 10-15 minutes until bright green and softened. Ypu dont want them to softened tho because they taste great with a little crunch in the middle.

Serve and enjoy!
