Plum Pork Tenderloin

I love Pork Tenderloin because it is so juicy and tender. Hints the name ha ha. It is so easy to cook because you can place it in the oven and go on doing your other things. It is great for a family dinner or get a bigger piece and serve it for a crowd. The flavors of this recipe just burst out and the smell in your kitchen will make your mouth water…

Here’s what you’ll need…

Pork Tenderloin 1 1/2 – 3 pounds
S and P
Garlic Salt
1-2 TBS of Soy Sauce
2 Tbs of Plum Sauce and more after it cooks to top it off with
1 Tbs of Hoisen- Optional

First salt and pepper the tenderloin all over it and place in a Glass pan. 
Now add your Garlic salt all over it as well.

Place your soy sauce, Hoisen, and plum sauce over the top of the meat.

Place in oven on 350 for about 45 minutes or until cooked through.. this meat can be a little pink in the middle, its not bad!

Let sit for 5 minutes befor slicing!

Top with extra plum sauce if you would like…
