What a yummy combination- Caramel in brownies!!! Well I am here to make your life easier. ROLO’S!!! Placing a Rolo in your brownie mixture will make a perfect, delectable, creamy caramel center for your brownies! They melt in your mouth and there perfect for 1 or 2 bites! A great finger food for a party or family dinner!!!
Here’s what you’ll need…
1 box of brownie mix + the ingredients on the back of the box
3 rolls of rolos- there’s 8 in each package so this makes 24 bites!
Pre-heat your oven according to the back of the brownie box.
First you want to freeze your rolos for a couple of minutes! This will help them not get too gooey with the brownie mixture and stay in a perfect circle.
Next mix up your brownie mix using the eggs, oil, and water.
Spray your mini muffin tin with pam. Place 1/3 brownie mixture in the tin.
Place 1 rolo in each spot. then cover 1/3 mixture so it barley covers the top. you do not want the mixture to go more then 2/3 full or it will splatter over. Believe it happened in my first batch!!!!
Bake in the oven for 11-13 minutes! or until brownie mixture is cooked through. Check the side with a tooth pic!!!
Let cool for 5-10 minutes then serve!!! Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you would like!
