Saturday Night Chicken

Ok this was one of my favorite things to eat when growing up! Now it is my niece and nephews favorite thing to eat. Simple and easy and or coarse DELICIOUS!!!!

I make a huge batch of this every Sunday and Ryan will eat it everyday for lunch but with brown rice! He thinks it never gets old!!!

Here’s what you’ll need…
4 Chicken Breasts
1 can of cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free is good too)
Salt, Pepper, and Garlic for taste
2-cups of white rice ( Substitute brown rice for healthier)
I also serve this with steamed  Broccoli

First take your chicken and season with S, P, and Garlic in a casserole Pan.

Add cream of mushroom soup on top. with about 1/2 of the can of water also on top. ( If you do more chicken and another can of Cream of Mushroom soup)

Bake in the oven on 350 for about 30-45 minutes (cook till bubbly and chicken is cooked thru)

Cook your rice like the directions follow on the box. I did 2 cups which is 4 servings.Steam your broccoli while chicken cooks also. I put pepper and garlic salt on my broccoli for a little more flavor.

Serve Chicken on rice and spoon the sauce over the rice and chicken!
