This is a great Dip to make for a large crowd or perfect for Tailgating!!!! Trista Chadwick found this on Pinterest and when she made it for family dinner, everyone ate it up so quickly! It was soooooooo good.
O did I mention it is very cost effective and takes less then 5 minutes to make!!!! This will be your go to dip for every party now…… Enjoy!
Here’s what you’ll need……
2 cans (11 Oz. Can) Mexicorn, Drained
1 can of Hot Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chilies
3 whole Green Onions, Chopped
8 ounces of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
Frito’s big scoops or Tortilla chips for dipping!!!
First start with your Corn and Rotel Tomatoes with green chilies and place in a bowl. Make sure you drain your corn.
Next chop up you green onions and add them in.
Now add in your CHEESE!!
Last but not least Mix in your sour cream and mayo. This will help bind it all together…
Mix together and place in fridge to set- Let is set for about 30 minutes before serving!
Best served with Frito Lays or Tortilla chips.
