Baconnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn…………………………………..Enough Said. It should be placed on every sandwich or burger every time!!! Sometimes place strips just doesn’t cut it because one bite has more or less then the other!!! BUT this simple way will make the perfect square for your sandwich or burger and is so simple. OHHHH Did i mention it is better to cook in the oven then a pan also…. NOT As Much FAT! Drain the grease as you cook it….
First you want to cut your bacon in half. Get your strips ready to make a square either 3×3 or 4×4.
You are now going to over lap each other with 3×3 or 4×4 one row going horizontal and one row going vertical. If you make the bacon more close together it will cook like that. If you make the bacon like the 3 by 3 and separate them a little more you can make the square bigger.take one piece and over lap in under and over and do the same with all pieces.
Place on a foil pan at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes, depending on how crispy you like it. Half way through the time take the bacon out and pour out all the fat in your sink or in a cup to throw away. The More you take the grease out the less there will be… You can do it as many times as you want but 1 or 2 is just fine!!!
When bacon is crispy enough for your liking take out and place on paper towel.
(You can see the different in size with the 4×4 and 3×3)
Place on your favorite sandwich or burger!!!!
