The Ultimate Bacon Sandwich

Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy….. Is all I have to say! This is a delicious sandwich with all my favorite ingredients. I love to bacon BLT’s and I love to make Egg sandwiches! Why not put them together!!! DUH! So decided to put on a sandwich everything I would like in an Ultimate BLT! But I skipped the mayo and put cream cheese and I also skipped the lettuce! You don’t need it!!! It has so many great flavors and textures your mouth will be engaged like it never has been before. With the crispness of the Bacon, the creaminess of the Cream cheese, the juiciness of the tomato and the perfectly toasted bread it is just AMAZING!!!!! I hope you enjoy just as much as Ryan and I did. This might be our favorite go to Saturday Sandwich or dinner like we did last night!
ALSO- Check out what I did with the BACON! It’s perfect for a sandwich!
Here’s what you’ll need…
1 package of thick cut bacon
2 pieces of bread per sandwich- I like Italian White
1 package of cream cheese- 1-2 tbs per sandwich
1 bunch of green onions- Sliced
Tomato sliced
Avocado Sliced
Eggs- 1 egg per sandwich
Salt and pepper for egg
First you want to get your bacon cooked. I decided to cut my bacon in half and make a perfect sandwich square. So cut your bacon in half and make a 4 by 4 square or 3 by 3 square.
Over lapping each other. If you make the bacon more close together it will cook like that. If you make the bacon like the 3 by 3 and separate them a little more you can make it bigger.
Place on a foil pan at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes, depending on how crispy you like it. Half way through the time take the bacon out and pour out all the fat in your sink or in a cup to trow away.
When bacon is crispy enough for your liking take out and place on paper towel.
(You can see the different in size with the 4×4 and 3×3)
Next slice up your tomatoes, green onions, and avocado.
Get your toast ready and toast the bread while you cook your egg.
Now cook your egg in a skillet pan. I like to break my yolk a little bit so it gets to be in every bite. Season with salt and pepper. I also like to make sure the egg will fit on the whole piece for bread so I move it a round a little bit so its the perfect size cooked.
After you bread is toasted, place your cream cheese on one side and sprinkle your green onions on it. On the other side spread or lay your avocado and top with your fresh tomato slices.
Next add your egg and your PERFECT SQUARE BACON. I use one square for my sandwich but Ryan likes 2! :)
Place your two pieces together and WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALAAAAAAAAA! The Ultimate Bacon Sandwich is made!
Cut in half and its ready to serve! Enjoy!!!
