Apple and Cinnamon Detox Water

Are you bored with just plain water all the time? I get like that too!!! Everyone knows me for my water infused pitcher and that I make a whole bunch of different concoctions and let them infuse over night. Plain old water can get boring after while so I like to mix it up so I remember to drink a lot of water everyday. Without all the sugar and sodium that some juices or crystal light have in them. I will defiantly have another post on different infused water you can try. Stay tuned on this!

But for now lets talk about this Apple and Cinnamon Detox water. I found this on of coarse Pinterest so I had to try it… and I must say it is pretty delicious if you like cinnamon… if you don’t… well I don’t know how much you will like this! They’re were tons of people who have put this on their blogs but I decided that you needed to make sure you let it sit over night to really infuse the water, so i had to make my own post.
Cinnamon and Apples are a natural metabolism booster and this will be a great drink to help you detoxify!  Oh also did you know eating one apple is like having one cup of coffee so this drink gives you tons of energy also!
Here’s what you’ll need…..
2 apples- whatever kind you like
2 cinnamon sticks
1 large water pitcher or jug
Slice up your apples and place them in a jug with 2 of the sticks. Fill up to the top with water. Let infuse over night. You can also try boiling the apple and cinnamon before putting it in your water infuser or jug, it really releases the flavor more, then just add it to ice! This will also move up the process if you forgot to do it at  night and want to have that day. 
You can refill with water 3-4 times before throwing out the apple and cinnamon sticks and starting over. Drink a whole jug or pitcher a day! I usually drink 2! Enjoy!
