Fruit Infused Water

Yep! Fruit Infused Water….. One of my favorite things to drink…No sugar or sodium like other sodas or crystal light have and its delicious! The key is picking your favorite fruits or herbs and placing them in a pitcher and let them infuse over night! Then you have a very refreshing water that has a great flavor! This will really help you drink your water during the day if you are tired of plain water! There are a ton of different combination of flavors that you can try. I usually just see what I bought for the week fruit wise and go with that!

Here’s what you’ll need…….
A pitcher of water or an infuser pitcher like mine
Your favorite fruits and Herbs
Fridge!
Yes its that simple!!! Slice up your fruit if you have to and place your fruit in your pitcher. Let soak up for 8-12 hours. You can also refill it with fresh water 3-4 times before adding new fruit!!! This is great for a summer BBQ or party! People will love this option besides simple water!
FYI- If you use an herb make sure you muddle them before putting in water. It brings out the flavor better! You can also smash your fruit a little bit too to release more flavor.
