Beer Cheddar Fondue

Beer Cheddar Fondue! Cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssssssseeeeeeeee! Yes, this is MAGICAL and I have to yell cheese like that because it is that good! But I’m warning if you make this once, everyone you share it with will want you to make it every time they see you! This is a fantastic Cheddar Fondue for a Fondue party or just a great appetizer for anytime! The best part is that it is so easy to make! After you whisk it all up, put it in the pot and let it go for your guests!!! But it wont last long in the pot, I will tell you that now! I like to serve this with different breads, veggies, and apples! Yes APPLES! If you haven’t tried cheese with apples you are missing out! Delicious! I hope you enjoy this fantastic treat!

Here’s what you’ll need….

3 cups medium sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup of Swiss Cheese- you could also use Monterrey Jack if you do not like Swiss 
1 Can of Coors light or Bud light
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons dry mustard powder

For the Dipping….
Cubed bread- French, rye, wheat, ect…
Veggies- carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, ect.
Apples- any color

If you are using a fondue pot, then turn it onto medium heat, otherwise, use your stove and a large pot to heat up this mixture.

Place beer in your pot  with your garlic, mustard powder, and Worcestershire sauce, and combine well. I  use a whisk or a fork.

Shred your cheese if not shredded, and toss with flour, coating cheese well.  The flour will help thicken the sauce.

When the beer mixture is warm, add one third of the cheese into the mixture, and whisk very well.  Once the cheese has been incorporated well, add second third of cheese, whisk in very well, and add in the remaining cheese and whisk until nice and smooth.
