Everyone loves Jalapeno Poppers… Sometimes they are not the easiest or most time consuming way so….. How about the same great taste in a dip! Mix it together then pop it in the oven and let it cook! Eassssssssssy! Be careful…. This may be addicting!
Here’s what you’ll need…
2 packages (8 ounces each) of SOFTENED cream cheese
1 cup of Mayo
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
¼ cup chopped green chilies
¼ cup of a jar of jalapeno peppers- diced
Extra whole slices jalapenos for topping
1 cup shredded Parmesean Cheese
½ cup of Panko bread crumbs
I served this with Ritz crackers. Also great with bell peppers, corn tortilla chips, wheat thins.
First, Dice up your ¼ cup of jalapeno peppers.
Add your first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend and mix together.
Next add to a baking dish and top with your Parmesan cheese and top with the whole slices of Jalapeno Peppers
Top with Panko bread crumbs.
Bake in the oven at 400° for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
Take out and serve! Enjoy!
